Frequently asked questions

Is home care covered by Thiqa or Daman?
Many cases are approved under Thiqa / Daman coverage after a medical recommendation. We prepare the full approval file, follow it up with the insurer and tell you the outcome before care starts.
How soon can care start?
After the initial assessment, the approved care plan and the insurance approval if one is needed. Self-paying cases can start right after the assessment.
Do you provide 24-hour care?
Yes, with two consecutive shifts of licensed nurses, according to the approved level of care.
Which areas do you cover?
Al Ain city and its surroundings.
Can the assigned nurse be changed?
Yes. Our head nurse follows every case, and when there is a reason the assignment is changed while keeping the care plan continuous.
What do I need to request an assessment?
Your name, phone number, a brief description of the case, and the hospital discharge report if there is one.
